Argyle Capital Advisors is a specialist capital advisory firm focussed on the Australian real estate markets. We are a boutique firm that prides itself on tailoring customised capital solutions to the specific needs of our clients.
Our capital arranging capability includes both debt and equity and extends to a range of financing scenarios including property acquisition, term debt, re-positioning, construction/development, equity release and residual and retained stock refinancing.
We have experience with a wide variety of asset types including multi-dwelling residential, commercial office, retail, industrial and hotels/hospitality. Our typical transaction size is between $5 million and $100 million although both smaller and larger transactions can be accommodated.
We seek to build long term mutually beneficial relationships with a broad range of property investors and developers and we would welcome the opportunity to assist you with your real estate capital requirements.

Our Team
We have vast experience in property related banking and finance as well as other real estate related disciplines including marketing, sales, leasing and development.
Our directors have extensive experience in senior level positions with local banks, international investment banks, local real estate funds/investment management groups as well as national and multi-national real estate groups.
Approach
We believe that the key to successfully arranging capital is to have a strong understanding of the financial elements of each project.
In every engagement that we accept we start by ensuring that we have a strong understanding of the project feasibility, cash flow and key risk elements. Only once those aspects are well understood is it possible to correctly assess the quantity and type of capital required.
Our objective is to maximise the efficiency of the capital structure for the benefit of our clients while ensuring that suitable capital partners are identified and the required capital for the project is obtained.

Track Record
Our experience extends across a range of transaction types, comprising of both debt and equity and also including complex transaction and documentation structures often involving different tiers of capital and multiple capital partners.
In recent years our directors have completed transactions ranging from $7.5 million site acquisition facilities through to complex construction/development transactions of circa $100 million with leverage of up to 95% of Total Development Costs and involving multiple tiers of capital.

Locations
We are active in all Australian capital cities and many of the larger regional areas.
Although we have an eastern seaboard focus our knowledge and experience also extends to the Perth, Adelaide and Darwin markets as well as the larger regional areas within those geographies.
